59-year-old nanny Sharon J. Arger was arrested in Airway Heights for second-degree murder, after a 4-month-old infant died in her care in November. The Spokane County Medical Examiner ruled the baby's death a homicide following an extensive examination. Police had responded to the incident on November 2, when the infant was unconscious at an Airway Heights home.
