99-year-old Elva with dementia went missing in Clayton, Melbourne. Last seen on Clayton Road at 10am, family and police are concerned for her welfare. Elva has used public transport in the area before and was last seen wearing a red knitted bonnet, grey/blue jacket, dark trousers, and black shoes. Police have released images of Elva and urge anyone who sees her to contact Oakleigh Police Station.
