13-year-old Elijah Cariazo, suffering from a rare muscular condition, had his essential modified grey Ford Transit Custom van stolen in Hackney. The van, crucial for Elijah's transport to hospital appointments and containing his medical equipment, took nine months to customize and cannot be easily replaced.
