23-year-old Darrius Howard, wanted for the February killing of 29-year-old Destiny Buckley in Baton Rouge, has been extradited to Baton Rouge from Oklahoma City. Howard was arrested by U.S. Marshals on March 6 and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison, facing charges of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, and illegal use of a weapon.
