Wayne County's Dunlow Volunteer Fire Department temporarily closed due to insufficient workers' compensation insurance coverage. The fire department agreed to shut down after conferring with officials and will remain closed until proper insurance coverage is in place. Neighboring fire departments have been assigned to provide coverage during this time.
