London police believe a serial rapist has targeted lone women in the city, with two rapes linked to the same unidentified man in a four-year timeframe. The first incident occurred in May 2018, and the second took place in December 2022. The suspect remains at large, and police believe it is "highly likely" he has carried out more attacks.
