Thieves stole $1 million in jewelry from Venzio Jewelers at New Jersey's Ocean County Mall by cutting a hole in the wall of an adjacent empty store, severing phone and alarm cables, and using a torch to access a large safe. The burglary occurred between Wednesday at 8 p.m. and Thursday around 10 a.m., with the showroom left untouched. Toms River police are seeking information about the crime and can be reached at 732-349-0150.
