Texas health regulators are considering changes to the state's Consumable Hemp Program, accepting public comments on current rules governing consumer hemp products. This review is conducted in accordance with Texas law, requiring state agencies to assess whether the initial reasons for adopting a rule continue to exist every four years. After reviewing its rules, the agency will readopt, readopt with amendments, or repeal its rules.
