3 teen girls aged 12-13 have been arrested and charged with the murder of a 64-year-old D.C. man, Reggie Brown, who was found beaten to death in October. The three girls, two 13-year-olds and a 12-year-old, all from Northwest, have been charged with second-degree murder. Brown was found unresponsive with blunt force trauma to the head and later pronounced dead. The case remains under investigation.
