Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador's ex-husband, David Beador, has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of reckless driving and speeding after being caught driving 119 MPH in a 60 MPH zone. The charges come six months after Shannon's own DUI arrest. David pleaded not guilty at a recent hearing and has been instructed not to drive without a valid license and insurance.
