Nigeria to arraign Binance Holdings and executives for alleged tax evasion charges on April 4.

Nigeria will arraign Binance Holdings Limited and its top officials Tigran Gambaryan and Nadeem Anjarwalla on alleged tax evasion charges on April 4, according to the News Agency of Nigeria. The Federal High Court in Abuja will hear the four-count charge filed by the Federal Inland Revenue Service. Binance, which has many subscribers in Nigeria, is accused of operating illegally in the country without registration or tax payment.
