Motorcyclist Carter Hudson Costo, posting reckless driving videos on Instagram, was arrested in Tennessee after evading a deputy.
A motorcyclist who fled from a deputy and posted videos of his escapades on Instagram was subsequently arrested in Tennessee. The suspect, Carter Hudson Costo, posted several videos of his dangerous driving, including lane splitting at speeds over 170 mph. Deputies located and apprehended Costo at a business on Signal Mountain Road, charging him with reckless driving, drag racing, evading arrest, and registration violation.
