The foundation alleges that Clements Design, a California-based company, sold Kardashian "knockoff versions" of Judd's La Mansana Table and Chair 84, which retail for $90,000 and $9,000 respectively. The foundation states that it tried to resolve the issue amicably but was unsuccessful, and seeks to ensure the integrity of Judd's legacy in design. Clements Design has stated that it had communicated with the Judd Foundation about the differences between the furniture in the video and Judd's original designs and that the lawsuit had "absolutely no merit."
