Kasugai, Japan's sister city of Kelowna, has donated $1,000 to the Kelowna Firefighters Association to support wildfire relief efforts following the 2023 wildfires. The Kasugai Chamber of Commerce and Industry offered the gift through the Kelowna Chamber to help alleviate the effects of the wildfires. Dan Rogers, CEO of the Kelowna Chamber, expressed gratitude for the ongoing generosity of the people of Kasugai.
