Founding President of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe, says former Ghanaian finance minister, Seth Terkper, was a better manager of the economy than his successor, Ken Ofori-Atta. While acknowledging Terkper's penchant for taxes, Cudjoe believes Terkper was futuristic in his economic decisions. Cudjoe considers Terkper better than Ofori-Atta and the entire Economic Management Team of the Akufo-Addo administration.
