Former South African President Jacob Zuma survives a car crash when a drunk driver collided with his official armoured state vehicle. Zuma was unharmed during the accident, which took place in KwaZulu-Natal province while he was en route to a campaign event for the uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party. A 51-year-old man has been arrested for drunken driving and on a charge of reckless and negligent driving.
