8 family members killed in Buner district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, when their vehicle fell into a gorge, possibly due to driver loss of control or vehicle technical fault amidst poor road conditions due to recent rainfall.

8 members of a family, including women and children, were killed in Buner district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, when their vehicle fell into a 1600-foot-deep gorge on 29 March. The cause of the accident, which occurred while the truck was en route from Buner's Sawari area to Shangrai Kandao, is unclear, with either a loss of control by the driver or a technical fault in the vehicle cited as possible reasons.
