European investor Archer Hotel Capital buys Dublin's Shelbourne Hotel for €260m from Kennedy Wilson.
European investor Archer Hotel Capital has bought Dublin's landmark Shelbourne Hotel for an estimated €260m. The five-star hotel, located on St Stephen's Green, was previously owned by US group Kennedy Wilson. Archer Hotel Capital is jointly owned by affiliates of Netherlands-based APG Asset Management and Singapore's sovereign GIC wealth fund, and also owns the nearby five-star Conrad Hotel.
