CBI concludes investigation in Himachal Pradesh scholarship scam, files chargesheet against 20 institutes and 105 individuals including owners of said institutions, personnel from the Directorate of Higher Education in Shimla, bank officials, and other private individuals. The scam involved misuse of funds under scholarship and reimbursement scheme of fees for students from SC, ST, and OBC categories.
