Atlantic City High School principal, Constance Days-Chapman, is facing charges for official misconduct, obstruction of justice, and related offenses after failing to report child abuse allegations. Days-Chapman allegedly met with the accused parents instead of reporting the abuse to a state child welfare agency. The charges were placed on a summons by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
