Pennsylvania's famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, and his wife Phyllis welcomed two healthy baby groundhogs, surprising the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club. The newborns, currently with their parents at the zoo in the Punxsutawney Memorial Library, can be seen by the public through a viewing window. Phil, who is "officially" 138 years old, had never had any children before.
