54-year-old Peter Simon from New Hampshire has been indicted on two counts of second-degree murder and other charges for a fatal crash in Waltham, Massachusetts on December 6th. Simon allegedly drove his pickup truck into a utility work site, striking and killing Waltham Police Officer Paul Tracey, 58, and National Grid utility worker Roderick Jackson, 36. Simon then abandoned his truck, stole a police cruiser, and was later arrested after crashing the stolen vehicle.
