20-year-old Melachi Brown, convicted of manslaughter in a high-speed crash that killed six construction workers on I-695 in Baltimore County, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison. Brown pleaded guilty in January to six felony manslaughter counts and will serve 18 months concurrently, followed by three years of supervised probation and 40 hours of community service. The second driver, Lisa Lea, is still facing charges.
