30-year-old wanted man allegedly threatened Lake Macquarie police with a knife, but was arrested after a short foot pursuit. The man was wanted on two outstanding warrants for domestic violence-related offences and was also found to be in possession of a stolen credit card. He was charged with several crimes, including use of an offensive weapon to prevent lawful detention and intimidating police officers.
