Former Dark Horse Brewing owner Aaron Morse, 47, must pay back employees he defrauded or face up to 20 years in prison. Morse pleaded guilty in a Michigan court to one felony count of conducting a criminal enterprise, after intentionally withholding employee retirement contributions and healthcare premiums for his own use. He was granted deferred sentencing if he completes an 18-month drug treatment program and pays full restitution to the affected employees.
