Former Rochester police officer Shawn Jordan, 40, pleaded guilty to second-degree rape and forcible touching in Ontario County Court, admitting to having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl during summer 2022. Jordan's guilty plea doesn't resolve charges brought against him in Monroe County, relating to exposing himself to a minor via video chat. Sentencing is scheduled for June 25.
