Westlake High School went on lockdown due to a bomb threat received over the internet. Westlake police do not believe the threat is credible but will conduct a search of the building. Students were dismissed 30 minutes late, while police blocked off the high school parking lot to ensure safety. Parents were advised to park on Settlers Reserve Way or Royal Forest to pick up their children.
