UCI Health acquires 4 hospitals and 858 beds from Tenet Healthcare Corp. for $975M.
UCI Health, the clinical enterprise of the University of California, Irvine, has completed the acquisition of four hospitals and associated outpatient locations from Tenet Healthcare Corporation for $975 million. The deal adds 858 inpatient beds to UCI Health, strengthening its ability to meet the demand for inpatient beds and providing more patients with access to advanced therapies in Orange and Los Angeles counties.
