UBS's CEO Sergio Ermotti received a total of SFr14.4 million ($14.7 million) in 2022, making him Europe's highest-paid bank boss. Ermotti returned to UBS last year to oversee the integration of rival Credit Suisse, which UBS acquired in a $3 billion deal. His pay was for nine months, equivalent to SFr19.2 million for a full year. UBS's share price has climbed 60% since the acquisition.
