1 person dies in vehicle incident in Westmorland, Christchurch. Emergency services responded to a property on Happy Home Rd at 2.40pm, after a report of a vehicle and person incident. The area is cordoned off and Serious Crash Unit is investigating; WorkSafe has been notified. This comes after a double-fatal crash north of Kaikoura earlier.
