Malaysia's Department of Statistics has added 300 physical counters to facilitate Central Database Hub (Padu) registration before the March 31 deadline. Chief statistician Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Uzir Mahidin expects a last-minute rush and stated that counters will issue numbers until 5pm on the final day, while online registration remains open until 11.59 pm on Sunday. The older generation is more comfortable registering at physical counters than online.
