Boris Johnson's former ethics adviser, Lord Geidt, has been found to have broken House of Lords rules by attending a meeting between MOD officials and a US satellite company, Theia Group Inc, that employed him as an adviser. The Lords Commissioner for Standards ruled that Geidt's actions contravened a prohibition on peers providing "parliamentary services" in return for payment.
