10 homes set for demolition in Port Moody, BC, will be saved and relocated to the shíshálh Nation, 53 km northwest of Vancouver, in a "revolutionary housing solution." The shíshálh Nation, working with Renewal Development, will transport the houses to their Selma Park development, addressing a severe housing shortage in the community. The first two homes will be moved overnight April 2 and 3, with the remaining eight homes to follow.
