Singapore authorities charged two former Sembcorp Marine executives, Wong Weng Sun and Lee Fook Kang, with conspiring to bribe Brazilian officials and obstructing justice. The charges, which involve $44 million in bribes, were connected to Sembcorp Marine's Brazilian subsidiaries between 2009 and 2014. The merged entity, Seatrium Ltd, is in talks to pay a $110 million penalty under a deferred prosecution agreement.
