Zimbabwean firm Munesu Energy plans to install 200 solar-powered EV charging stations across Zimbabwe by 2026.

Zimbabwean e-mobility firm Munesu Energy plans to install 200 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across Zimbabwe from May, supporting hybrid and electric vehicles, with most set to run on solar power. The initiative, running until 2026, comes amid concerns over Zimbabwe's power outages. Munesu Energy has also formed The Green Energy and Emobility Association Zimbabwe, promoting sustainable energy and eco-friendly transportation solutions to reduce carbon emissions and create a cleaner environment.
