30-year-old Zak Russel Moyer, dressed in a "Ghostface" costume from the horror movie "Scream," stabbed his neighbor, 59-year-old Edward Whitehead Jr., to death in Lehighton, Carbon County, while armed with a knife and small battery-powered chainsaw. Moyer admitted to going to Whitehead's house next-door "for the purpose of scaring him." He was taken into custody after a standoff with police.
