Utah man John Kavin Samples, 26, was arrested in Tennessee after kidnapping his 3-year-old son from his mother's home in Rossville, Georgia. Samples allegedly forcibly took the child while in possession of a firearm. The child's mother chased them, and Samples' girlfriend, Anjela Baker, reportedly handed him a gun during the incident. The kidnapped child was rescued within two and a half hours by Rutherford County Sheriff's deputies in Murfreesboro, TN.
