16- and 17-year-old e-bike passengers killed, 14-year-old driver and 54-year-old car driver injured in A941 crash, Moray, Scotland.

Two teenage e-bike passengers, aged 16 and 17, were killed in a crash involving four cars in Moray, Scotland. The 14-year-old driver of the e-bike and a 54-year-old man driving one of the cars involved were seriously injured and taken to hospital. The crash occurred on the A941 Lossiemouth to Elgin road, near the junction with the B9135, at around 8pm on Monday.
