Renault to sell up to 2.5% Nissan shares, raising €362m, part of reducing stake to 15%.

Renault is set to sell a 2.5% stake in Nissan shares, generating up to €362 million ($391 million). This follows Renault's decision last year to reduce its stake in Nissan, aiming to reach a 15% stake from its initial 43%. The two companies are transitioning away from common structures with each other in favor of a project-by-project approach, while maintaining a direct cross-shareholding of 15%.
