New York Judge Juan Merchan has imposed a limited gag order on former US President Donald Trump in a criminal case involving alleged hush money payments made to adult actress Stormy Daniels. The gag order prevents Trump from attacking witnesses, prosecutors, or jurors, as well as court staff and their families. The April 15 trial date for this case marks the only pending criminal case against Trump set to go to trial before the 2024 presidential election.
