Hunky Dory Group, founded by Paul Sloan, Mario Gizzi, and Tony Connetta, has opened a new £1m Chinese restaurant called Zhima in Glasgow city centre. Located on St Vincent Place, the restaurant offers a contemporary and elegant dining experience with a menu featuring Cantonese, Hunan, and Sichuan dishes. Zhima will create over 60 new jobs, bringing an elevated dining experience to the city's growing culinary scene.
