Law enforcement executed a search warrant in the Lorson Ranch area, east of Colorado Springs, as part of the Colorado Springs Police Department's (CSPD) investigation into organized retail crimes. CSPD's Retail, Pawn and Metal Theft unit has been investigating businesses at the Citadel Mall and Chapel Hills Mall for selling stolen retail merchandise, including new-in-box goods and over-the-counter items, since 2022. The investigation is ongoing, with more arrests expected.
