Karnataka Lokayukta conducted raids at 58 locations across the state, targeting govt officers suspected of possessing disproportionate assets. Over 130 officers, including 13 SPs, 12 DySPs, and 25 police inspectors, participated in the raids across Bengaluru, Bidar, Ramanagara, Uttara Kannada, and Kalaburagi districts. The searches were based on evidence of excessive wealth accumulation by officers compared to their declared incomes.
