Four individuals, including an ex-Health Minister T. Harish Rao's data entry operator, were arrested in Hyderabad for their involvement in a Chief Minister Relief Fund cheque fraud. A farmer, Patloth Ravi Nayak, reported the fraud after he received two cheques meant for him but didn't receive any assistance. The suspects are accused of exchanging the cheques for a commission and face charges under the Indian Penal Code and the IT Act.
