Hong Kong's EPIC Designers, a sustainable fashion company, partners with Colliers India for a Rs 220 crore project in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The first Indian facility spans 40 acres at the IDCO Industrial Estate, with the initial 338,000 sq ft phase expected to complete by May 2025. Focusing on eco-friendly materials and waste reduction, EPIC plans to employ over 6,000 people. This project aligns with India's vision of becoming a global manufacturing powerhouse by 2030.
