Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) has launched a six-week national poetry competition in partnership with Children’s Laureate, Joseph Coelho. Aiming to encourage creativity and reduce screen time, the competition tasks children aged 5-13 to write a short poem about a place they love to visit by train. The winners will have their poems displayed on trains and stations across the Southern, Great Northern, and Thameslink networks.
