Canadian-owned Mary Brown's Chicken, a fast-food chain, is set to open its first Belfast venue at Odyssey Place in June, joining new bar and restaurant Chapter & Verse and family entertainment center Funstation, as part of a £17 million refurbishment program. The three new tenants will bring Odyssey Place's occupancy to 90%, with remaining units in advanced discussions for potential operators.
