Canada's largest Abbotsford Tulip Festival returns on 15 April with 35 acres of tulips and field flowers, featuring over 100 varieties. Part of the Abbotsford Summer Flower Festival, the event also offers walking trails and specialty varietals imported from Holland. The festival runs until 12 May, followed by displays of peonies, lupins, Siberian wallflowers, and lavender in May and June.
