32-year-old Moja Kemet Estep was arrested at a Monroe Walmart on West Roosevelt Boulevard after multiple calls reported a man in body armor and armed with a rifle. Estep, wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying two handguns, was detained without incident and charged with going armed to the terror of the people. The police department confirmed there was no ongoing danger to the public.
