Valeura Energy Inc. announces record results in 2023 from its first year of operations in Thailand. The upstream oil and gas company, with assets in the Gulf of Thailand and the Thrace Basin of Turkey, reported financial and operating results for the three-month period and year ended December 31, 2023. The Mubadala Acquisition added three producing offshore Gulf of Thailand fields to Valeura's portfolio for a cash consideration of US$10.4 million.
